Ben is an excellent electrician, highly professional and really knows his stuff. I’ve had him out for 3 different jobs now in the last 6 months and each time he’s done an amazing job at a very fair price. Absolutely fantastic service by Ben! Knowledgeable, professional, high attention to detail, and most importantly - a super nice guy to deal with! After being mucked around by a few sparkies, I couldn't more highly recommend Ben for all your electrical needs!

Second review (can't do another one) - got Ben and his apprentice to install a Mercedes Benz charger, beautiful job as always and superb attention to detail. It was not a straightforward install with us having Hebel and a two storey house, but not only did Ben anticipate this, but had a super duper clean job (literally and figuratively). Ben was excellent. Just when I needed an electrician I noticed that I had an advertising leaflet that was put in my letter box so I gave Ben a call. As soon as I spoke to him over the phone I was impressed in the way he created a rapport with me.
I decided to let him do our electrical work which my wife and i were more than pleased with.

Beno was so easy to get ahold of via phone and was quick to get me booked in to replace an annoying hanging light fixture! He also gave me so much info on what my options were and what would be most affordable. The job was done so quickly and he tidyed up after himself! We were impressed with Ben right from the start.  He supplied a detailed and competitive quote a few hours after he first viewed the job. Ben's attention to detail during the two days work was outstanding, explaining many things to us as he went, especially the positioning of downlights.  Ben's apprentice Caleb is also a hard worker who enjoys what he does and it shows !

I have no hesitation in recommending Urban Wire Electrical for any electrical work you need done.
Ben knows his trade and does it very well! He is a great communicator. He takes the time to listen, advise and suggest options, that get you the result you're after.
I had 12 new lights to go in, 8 were pendant lights, 4 were flush mount ceiling lights. 8 were old out for new, 1 was relocated and 3 were new additions. Also replaced an exhaust and ceiling  fan and relocated and added in several light swithces and power points, both inside and out.
The end result exceeded my expectations. Ben's input and asking questions along the way, made that happen.

Ben was fantastic throughout the entire process. Promptly replied to my enquiry, came over to qoute asap, supplied a detailed, affordable qoute and was able to complete the work within a few weeks. We had down lights fitted to most of the house, a new powerpoint inside and also a flood light outside. All installed perfectly, with zero mess left behind 👌 I loved Bens approachable, down to earth mannerism and he used his expertise to guide us and suggest the best way to use our lighting.
